The ultimate way to support your family's health for the long haul.
When you learned you were going to be a parent you likely had so many ideas of what it would be like to have a little one running around. Something most families don't consider is the feeding dynamic between parents and child. How difficult it can be to teach your child to make good choices without exerting pressure or making foods a battle. After all, you only want them to be happy and healthy. So why are you arguing over how many bites of dinner they need to take?
COMMUNITY
Find encouragement and support from like-minded families working to improve their understanding of health so that they can raise children who have a strong relationship with food and their body.
BLISSFUL MEALS
You'll learn how to build in healthy choices with the foods your family is currently eating, plus how to incorporate new foods into your routine in a sustainable way.
EDUCATION
You've never actually done an extensive deep dive into the research around feeding kids and overall diet quality with health outcomes. That's where I come in. I'll break the info down for you in manageable chunks so you can feel confident in what you're serving and how you're speaking about food.
Food and your body have been a struggle for years, and you don't want that for your kids.
You feel fairly certain that the relationship you had with food and your body doesn't have to be the reality for your kids, but you aren't entirely sure how to help them.
Do you do the exact opposite of your parents? Maybe.
Did they do it the right way and you were going to have a hard time with food no matter what? Probably not...
How do you get your partner on board when they don't really understand how difficult it was for you to be forced to finish what was on your plate as a kid?
As part of the Feeding Bliss Society, you'll participate in weekly sessions that help you relearn food and nutrition basics without the guilt or shame you may be used to. Each week we will practice new phrases around food and bodies so you can be confident in how you speak to your kids.
Our book club selections will also offer helpful reframes around common health concepts, bodies and nutrition so that you continue to learn and incorporate best practice habits.
You can make small changes, but nothing lasts.
Your phone is full of screenshots of great tips from health accounts and you'll try them once or twice but can't stick to it, or you're devoting tons of energy without much reward or change.
Food and health is love
Their health is so important, you'll do anything for them, but you want to be sure the work is doing something.
How long is this supposed to take?
How many times do I need to offer this food? What words should I use instead of 'Healthy' or 'junk'?? And when will it become second nature for us?
Build a system for consistency
You will learn how to build in the consistency your family needs without the typical hyperfocus diets recommend. We will go slow, one week at a time and build very strong habits that will last a lifetime. During our calls you'll get the encouragement and accountability you need to keep it going.
Raising an intuitive eater is like riding a bicycle
Think back to when you taught your kids to ride a bike (or you learned to ride). Were you riding on two wheels right out of the gate, super brave and balanced? Probably not - but if you were kudos 😅
When learning something new in life, you have to be very structured as you're getting started. You have to learn the basics before you can get to mastery.
Remember, teaching kids about healthy choices and how to be intune with their body is a really important job, and it's more of a life-long relationship than getting a gold start for a completed check list.
Here's what you get when you enroll in
Feeding Bliss Society
BOOK CLUB
We will continue to learn about food and bodies through books hand selected by Courtney. Each month she will facilitate thoughtful conversations regarding each book. This curriculum will serve as a nice compliment to the weekly lessons Courtney provides.
WEEKLY LESSONS
New weekly topics will help you incrementally improve your family meals and health. You'll get an update on the evidence behind one small topic and learn to implement it with your own family. Q&A sessions will serve as a helpful way to troubleshoot those changes.
MEAL PLANNING APP
I totally get what it's like to be in the trenches. What to make, who will eat what, and what do we have in the fridge that needs to be used...
Members of the Feeding Bliss Society will be given access to EatLove which is a meal planning and grocery shopping app with tens of thousands of recipes that you can build into a meal plan which nourishes your family.
Testimonials
Here what it's like to work with me from other awesome moms like you. 📣
"I've seen so many dietitians who have told me one thing to feed my daughter and then the opposite to feed my son, but no one has taken the time to really show me how to feed both of them. After all, I don't want to restrict or enable either of them - I want to feel confident serving one meal to our whole family and know that I'm allowing them to be healthy and thrive."

"Courtney was amazing! She really listened to me and was able to recommend some key changes to our family’s habits that revolutionized the way my son eats. She was direct, so kind, and explained everything in a way that I was able to internalize easily. We’re so grateful for our time with Courtney and will absolutely see her again if the need arises!”

"Courtney is a mealtime miracle worker! Her tips and tricks have transformed the way our family thinks about dishing up depending on the ever changing season of life for everyone. She's realistic, non-judgemental and a mom of three who just gets it. Whatever your reason is for scheduling, I promise the entire family will benefit from her knowledge."

"Courtney has been an absolute blessing to our daughter and family! Her ability to communicate with children in an effective but kind manner is exceptional. Courtney helps you and your child think outside the box, coming up with fun and unique ways to introduce foods. I have seen a tremendous change in my daughter as a result of her visits with Courtney. She is truly the best!"

Frequently asked questions
1. Program FAQs
Great question! We like to spend our time wisely, too. As a mom, we know you’ve got a lot going on - making 18 million meals, raising good humans, trying to drink your coffee while it's still hot without reheating it, remembering when it's your job to bring snacks for school. And we know this is the question you ask before signing up for anything new.
I recommend taking about 10 minutes every Monday to read the latest article, watching the q&a calls each week, being on the Group Calls live as often as you can with your camera on ready to work. If you can’t attend them live, we encourage you to schedule an hour into your week to watch the recordings and submit questions of your own. Reading the book of the month and tackling the journal prompts will deepen your progress and experience as you'll be more fully immersed. I also recommend popping into the Facebook group a few times a week to check out some ideas and inspiration from other members.
When you sign up for Society, you should expect to devote some time weekly and monthly, but relearning *rather unlearning* unhelpful things about feeding kids and improving your relationship with food and your body takes time and work. The amount of time you choose to spend in the Society will determine the results that you see. Quantity Time = Quality Growth
Society is designed to be a monthly membership and there’s no minimum commitment, though I've written 52 weeks of curriculum and I'm just getting started.
The people who join the Society are in it for the long game, because as you know, growth is not a quick fix type of thing.
Legacy pricing makes it easy for you to stay engaged for the long haul. If you were to cancel your Society membership and later re-join, your pricing will reflect the deal at the time of re-joining. Founding members who join prior to September 1, 2022 will be locked into that rate until they leave, founding members who leave and choose to rejoin will not resume their founding rate.
The Society is truly what helps you, as a parent, see big results overtime with your family's health and nutrition, so it's set up to help you WIN!
Ooooh, I can’t wait to see you inside 🎉
Here's another look at everything included with your Society membership:

2. Support FAQs
Great question, I too want to make sure that when I sign up to learn from someone that I am well-supported. Each week Courtney will be hosting a live Q&A session to go over whatever you're working through - whether it's the topic of the week or some other mealtime behavior that's come up. In addition, you'll see her in the Facebook group at least 5 days per week cheering you on and answering questions. We also have the monthly book club where she will be facilitating a great discussion about the book of the month.
The Feeding Bliss Society is a group membership program where you learn alongside other parents working to improve their relationship with food and understanding of health and nutrition to better support their children. Outside of the support opportunities detailed above 1:1 support is not covered in this program. Courtney is taking new clients through her 1:1 practice and you can book an initial assessment here: 1:1 Assessment
For this program we will use Facebook groups, Zoom, EatLove and Kartra. Courtney and her team want to be sure that you feel confident using these tools so that you can get the full benefit out of the program. Should you experience any issues along the way you'll just send an email to hello@feedingbliss.com and the team will get you squared away.
3. Billing FAQs
Great question! I also want to be mindful of my financial investments. The Feeding Bliss Society was built as a yearlong educational membership. Because I understand that feeding kids takes a village, The Feeding Bliss Society offers family memberships to allow each caregiver to stay up to date on the recommendations and guidance.
Annual membership rates for a single caregiver (one log in) is $699
Annual membership rates for a family (two log ins) is $999
Absolutely! I understand that spacing out payments may be helpful for managing budgets. To meet the various budgetary needs of the families we serve, The Feeding Bliss Society offers monthly and quarterly payment plans.
The Feeding Bliss Society accepts most major credit cards for payment plans. As a healthcare provider, you can also use your FSA/HSA card to cover the program costs.
